We’d like to share an honest roundup of the reviews we received in July.
It would be easy to only share the glowing reviews. But we felt that wouldn’t give you an honest picture of who we really are. By openly sharing the kind words — along with the small lessons hidden within them and what we’ll cherish going forward — we hope to show our sincerity and our commitment to growing. This is by no means something we take for granted; it’s the result of each guest taking the time to share such warm words. Yet a flawless month is exactly when complacency is most dangerous. What We Want to Stay Vigilant About
July was a truly grateful month, with all 54 reviews rated ★5. There wasn’t a single critical comment. And precisely because of that, there’s something we want to be honest about: a flawless month is exactly when we want to stay humble and keep our guard up.
When we read these ★5 reviews closely, hidden within the kind words are hints we mustn’t overlook. Because no one is criticizing us, we want to pick them up ourselves and put them to use.
1. From “I’ll be careful not to break them!”
One guest added this after being thrilled with a first-time shape. While many praise our longevity, it also means we sometimes leave guests feeling they have to be careful “not to break them” in daily life. Especially when someone tries a new length or shape, we’ll go one step further in explaining at-home care tips and how repairs work, just in case.
2. From “you happily accommodated my same-day menu change”
In July we received many comments like “I changed my course or design on the day, and you accommodated it without a hint of annoyance.” We’re genuinely glad we could be flexible. But the flip side is that so much hesitation and change is happening on the day itself. If we build a way to share a clearer image at the booking stage, we can turn same-day “changes” into exciting “decisions.”
3. From “you accommodated me even late in the evening”
We strive to be just as thorough for late or near-closing appointments. That guests feel we’re “always the same” means everything — but to make sure the finish and service never waver by time of day, we’ll recommit as a team to greeting our very last guest with the same focus.
Our Focus for August
Based on the July feedback, here’s what we’re prioritizing in August:
- Longevity & aftercare: For length extensions and challenging designs, proactively sharing daily-care tips and repair guidance
- Sharing the image in advance: Drawing out more specific design wishes at booking and consultation, turning same-day hesitation into time we enjoy together
- Quality regardless of the hour: Greeting our very last guest with the same care, even late or during busy times
- Staying humble in a flawless month: Not resting on ★5, and continuing to pick up the small hints within kind words every month
From the scent and smile that greet you when you walk through the door, to the moment you look at your nails and think “I love these” — we’re committed to every part of that experience. Deeply grateful for all 54 ★5 reviews, we’ll turn the voices hidden within each one into strength for the month ahead.
